Kirkeya Terms & Conditions – Essential for every member

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Kirkeya platform and its users. Kirkeya is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform that operates in compliance with global gaming regulations.

To use Kirkeya's services, you must comply with the following general conditions:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in the country or region where you reside.
• Each person may only create one account.

• Kirkeya contractors and employees are not permitted to open accounts on the platform for personal use.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Creating an account on Kirkeya is completely free. During registration, you will need to provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Accounts registered with false information may be closed at any time.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Kirkeya complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. As a result, KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a specified amount. The following documents may be required for verification:

• Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for proof of address)
• Proof of Payment Method Ownership

Withdrawal requests above a certain amount will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Kirkeya aims to complete KYC verification within 72 hours.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Granting anyone else access to your account is a violation of the Terms & Conditions. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Kirkeya support immediately.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Process

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kirkeya's bonus and promotion offers are available to all eligible members. However, each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a special welcome bonus from Kirkeya on their first deposit. The wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be bet a specified number of times. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Rules

• Each account may benefit from a promotion only once.
• Multiple accounts from the same IP address or device are not eligible to claim bonuses.
• Bonuses have a specific expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the deadline.

Sports Betting

• Bets cannot be cancelled once accepted — unless Kirkeya provides a specific cashout option, in which case that option may be used.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, the related bets will be voided and funds will be returned.
• If incorrect odds are published due to a data feed or technical error, Kirkeya reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Live betting odds change in real time and may shift until the bet is confirmed.

Casino & Slots Games

• Each game has its own RTP (Return to Player) rate. Please review the information before playing.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the remaining bet amount will be returned to your balance.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's decision is final.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Using bots, auto-betting software, or any automated tools
• Placing bets with the intent to exploit bonus arbitrage or abuse bonuses
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions

• Harassing, defrauding, or attempting to harm other members

8. Responsible Gaming

Kirkeya believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, never a cause of problems. That is why we provide a range of protective tools to support the wellbeing of every member.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a daily limit on how long you play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)

Before closing an account, Kirkeya will generally notify the member via email. However, in cases of rule violations, immediate action may be taken. If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining valid balance will be returned.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions & Legal Matters

Kirkeya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or platform notification.

Continued use of Kirkeya after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
